Dear Parents/Caregivers
Plans are well underway for our Year 5 and 6 school camp next year, and provisional itinerary and gear list are available to be emailed out - please confirm your email address to jwhite@kiokio.school.nz to receive these details.
Any interest to attend as a parent helper would be greatly appreciated. A camp meeting will be held on Wednesday 1st February 2017 at 7pm and confirmed details will be available then. Cost for camp are $200 per child, $100 per adult, automatic payments to Kio Kio School can be made to 03 1562 0027568 00 bank account, reference your child’s name – Finlay Park 2017. (Please ensure you use your child’s name as a reference)

YEAR 5-6 CAMP – Finlay Park

Gear List
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR NAME.
· Bedding – pillow, sheet, sleeping bag/duvet or blanket.
· 3-4 towels.
· Soap, shampoo, toothbrush/paste and other personal hygiene items.
· Sunscreen.
· Sunhat.
· Beanie/warm hat that covers your ears.
· 5 t-shirts.
· 5 shorts.
· 2 long trousers.
· 3 warm sweatshirts (jersey, Swazi etc)
· Do not forget underwear.
· Pyjamas.
· A pair of jandals or sandals.
· A pair of shoes suitable for walking long distances such as trainers/sneakers/runners etc.
· 5 pairs of socks.
· Wet weather jacket (water proof with a hood would be best).
· Togs
· Wetsuit (recommended)
· Lunchbox and drink bottle..
· Torch and spare batteries (optional but recommended).
· 2 Tea towels (named)
· Camera (optional, bring at your own risk)
THESE ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE BROUGHT ON CAMP.
· MONEY/ CELLPHONES/ ELECTRONIC GAMES/ PORTABLE MUSIC DEVICES/ LOLLIES/ JUNK FOOD/ DRINKS OF ANY KIND ( other than H²O)
